Join us in our beautiful handmade cooking space and get ready for a truly unique evening, in between a typical dinner with friends and a tapas cooking class in Barcelona.
Using recipes from our families and ingredients sourced directly from local, organic producers, we provide real insight into typical Catalan and Spanish cuisine, as well as a range of local traditions.

6pm Beginning of the experience
We will meet directly at our cooking space which is near the metro station Hospital Clinic (the exact address will be provided after booking). After a welcome drink, we will introduce ourselves and the other guests.

For this Tapas Cooking Experience, we selected the most typical Tapas Catalan and Spanish cuisine have to offer, and we will invite you to cook them live with us. All the ingredients used for the evening are of the best quality, most of them are organic and come from small local producers. During our free time, we personally go to the countryside to look for artisanal products and learn about the story behind them from the mouth of the producers themselves.
We also buy fresh products on the very same day: our bread comes from the best bakery in Barcelona, the seafood is bought fresh from the market, whilst our cheese and charcuterie come from a small local producer who only works using natural methods.
This special setting of interactive Tapas cooking class we created encourages conversations around the table and will be an exceptional opportunity for you to taste a wide variety of Mediterranean flavours. We limit our events to 9 guests in order to make every evening a unique and intimate experience.
As you can imagine, our menu follows the seasons and is constantly evolving in time, so we do not provide it beforehand. However, we can adapt it for vegetarians/gluten-free/lactose-free and vegans guests. Simply add a request to your booking to let us know in advance. No food restrictions? Book the event without any request and we’ll come up with a unique seasonal menu!

The meeting point can be reached by walking or public transport. No additional transport is needed for the experience.
Most of the food is local, seasonal and sourced straight from small local producers. Most of the recipes are tradional Catalan and Spanish recipes. The wines offered are local and sourced straight from small local producers.
Most of the ingredients are organically produced (including the wines), although some may not be labeled organic yet (although they are organic).
Efforts are taken to reduce the amount of waste produced during the experience (plastic bags are avoided or reused during the tour). All the plastic, glass and paper waste produced is recycled, and compost is separated from trash. Non-recycled waste for this activity is close to 0.
1)Exclusive use of natural cleaning products (the whole place is chemical-free). 2)The furniture has been built from recycling and reusing old furniture. 3)Most of the cooking utensils are either locally produced, or purchased directly from artisans.
